The Weekday Blues

Another day of work. Ugh...the routine is getting far beyond old. Luckily, today was easier than yesterday as far as the diet goes. I wasn't craving like I was yesterday, and the day went by much quicker.

I didn't work out. Boo! I got off work and wanted to go out and do something with a friend or something. Nothing really worked out because people were busy, etc., so I never went anywhere. But by the time I realized I wasn't going to do anything, it was getting later and I was getting more comfortable on my couch. Ugh. I suck. I still have that voice in my head saying it's ok because my calories have been low. But I don't know....sounds suspiciously like an excuse to me. I'm weighing myself tomorrow, so I guess we'll see how it all works out. Please let it be a good number. I don't think, with my fragile will power the last couple of days, I can handle a disappointing number. Crossing my fingers.

Breakfast: Carrot juice. Lunch: Salad, a sweet potato, and vegetable sushi that I removed the rice from. Dinner: Eggs and grilled okra. Snacks: Oranges, baked sweet potato "chips", and dark chocolate.
