Ready for the Weekend

Today was such a long day! I'm so ready to get into bed!

I used today as one of my days off from working out because after work I went straight to my mom's house to work on my taxes. It took forever! And they're still not finished because the government is stupid and has to make everything so complicated! Ugh.

I weighed myself this morning. It wasn't good. I'm pretty much back to where I started. But I'm proud of myself for not letting it discourage me. And while I was hoping that maybe it would be better than what I expected it to be (and what it was), I'm glad to just know and not be in any sort of denial. Just means I can move forward from here.

Breakfast: Carrot juice. Lunch: Avocado salad and a sweet potato. Dinner: Zucchini and squash "pasta" with okra, carrots, mushrooms, onions, red pepper, and goat cheese. Yum! Snacks: A few squares of dark chocolate.

Thank God tomorrow's Friday! Good night!
