Bad Blogger

I apologize for my horrible job at keeping up with my blog lately! Luckily, that did not have anything to do with me being horrible at keeping up with my diet and exercise!

I ran 4 miles Monday and Tuesday. Today is my night off, which I'm spending gloriously with a glass of wine on my balcony. :) I've been eating healthy, too. I have cut myself a little slack for times when I don't really feel like having a shake. As long as I eat a healthy meal, I feel ok about only have one shake a day.

I weighed myself today. I didn't weigh myself last week because that's when I had screwed up. This week I was only down .6 pounds from the previous weigh in (2 weeks ago). So that's not good, but I have no idea how much I may have gained in my 4 days of rebellion last week. So hopefully I'm still doing ok and it was just a matter of catching back up. I'm below what I weighed in at last time, so that's all I was really asking for. I still feel like I'm looking better, and I'm wearing pants that I haven't worn in months and months. So those things trump the number on the scale!

Anyway, that's about it for tonight. I'll try to be better about posting for the rest of the week!
