I just wanted to post something quickly since I didn't post yesterday.
I ran the 10 miles! My leg was hurting pretty bad within the first mile, and I was really debating whether I could keep going, or even if I SHOULD keep going. I didn't want to make my leg worse. But I also didn't want to give up. So I made the decision that I was not going to quit and it got easier from there. 11 miles next week!
I've been eating healthy, too, so I feel like I'm back on track!
I'll post again tomorrow.
