Brrr!

The temperature has definitely dropped! It was really chilly out today. It didn't help that I didn't leave work until after 6, so by the time I got out to start running, the sun was already setting. It was nice though. I definitely prefer that to 90 degree weather!

I did 55 minutes of intervals, weights and ab exercises. I already feel way more in shape than I did on Saturday when I started! So I'm feeling good.

Breakfast: Herbal Tea (I never got around to drinking my carrot juice today, and by the time I really thought about it, it was lunch time. So I skipped it today.)
Lunch: Avocado Salad and a Sweet Potato
Dinner: A Salad and Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms and Spinach
