Friday's Post

Sorry I never got around to posting yesterday. I weighed myself yesterday morning and I lost 2 pounds last week! Yay! And that's with all of the diet inconsistencies and only working out once! So if I can try to be more consistent this week and work out more, hopefully I can do as good or better this week.

I went to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical, then did weights and abs.

Breakfast: Carrot Juice
Lunch: Sushi
Dinner: Quinoa Pasta with Artichokes and Basil Pesto
"Snacks": Three glasses of wine and a few too many shots....what can I say? It's Halloween weekend! I was good though and drank wine (which is detox diet-approved). It was just a matter of people ordering shots for the table! But I figure a few won't kill me!

That's about it. I'll post again tonight.
