This is going to be a quick one, because I'm about to head out for karaoke!
I didn't workout again. Booo! Ugh, I feel like such a slacker but I've just felt really unmotivated to go the last couple of days. Also, I think the fact that I was sort of "forced" take my skip days two days in a row and on days that I didn't even really want to skip because I wasn't feeling good kind of screwed me up because then it meant I had to workout five days in a row and I didn't have any days left to skip if I just really didn't feel like working out. So I'm kind of hoping when my week starts over on Thursday, I'll feel a renewed sense of motivation since I won't feel so much pressure of having to workout every single day. But that being said, I still need to figure out a way to get myself motivated again....
Breakfast: Carrot Juice
Lunch: Tomato and Avocado Salad and a Sweet Potato
Dinner: Eggs and Sauteed Okra
Snack: A few slices of Raw Goat Cheese
That's about it. Trying to push through until Thursday. Kind of looking forward to weighing myself and seeing if I've made any progress. I feel like my work pants have been a lot looser this week, so maybe even though I haven't exactly been perfect this week, I've stuck close enough to see some results. Here's hoping!
