Sleepy

It's going to be a quick one tonight because I've been super tired all day. I think my body is still adjusting to this new, more active, routine.

I know my muscles are still adjusting because my entire body was SO sore today. My legs, my ankles, my back, my abs, my sides, EVERYTHING hurt! Just walking from my desk to the printer at work was difficult. In light of that, I decided to use today as one of my skip days for exercise. The plan is to work out 5 days a week. I may up that to 6, depending on how I feel. But I tend to overdo it sometimes and end up sabotaging myself, so I think I'll go with 5 for a few weeks and see how things go. Anyway, so no workout today. But definitely will get back out there tomorrow. I'm pretty excited because it sounds like today may be the last of our hot weather. Tomorrow it's supposed to drop like 20 degrees to a high of 65! I can't wait to go running after work!

It was another good food day. I was busy at work, so I didn't end up eating lunch until around 4! Probably not the greatest thing ever, but it's better than those days where all I want to do is snack while I'm at my desk.

Breakfat: Carrot Juice
Lunch: Avocado Salad
Dinner: Baked Catfish with Broccoli, Carrots, Snap Peas, and Water Chestnuts

Dinner. Yum!
Now I'm off to bed so I can get up and do it all again tomorrow! Good night!
