Sorry about not posting yesterday. I was at my boyfriend's house late and I didn't have my laptop with me. Here is a quick recap.
I felt a little better. Still not really 100%, but not nauseous like I have been, so hopefully I just needed to let up a little.
I did 50 minutes of intervals, weight exercises, and abs. It was a little tough after taking two days off and since I haven't been feeling great, but it felt good to get back to it.
Breakfast: Carrot Juice.
Lunch: Sliced Tomato and Avocado and a Sweet Potato
Dinner: Cocktail Shrimp and a Portabello Mushroom stuffed with Spinach, Raw Goat Cheese, and Crab.
Snacks: Cherry Tomatoes
That's about it. I'll post tonight.
