I feel like I have a decent amount to write about today, but I just don't have the energy to do it now....and on top of that, I have to get up really early tomorrow. So I'm just going to give quick stats. I promise you a real post tomorrow night!
Went running this morning. It was tough due to the fact that it's been over a week since I ran last AND I can barely breathe due to my horrible cold. Also did weights and abs.
Breakfast: Carrot juice. Lunch: Avocado salad and sweet potato. Dinner: Avocado salad. Snacks: Two vodka, pomegranite, and lime juice drinks.
I was out late with a friend, so just had a quick salad when I got home. Probably didn't eat enough today, but had the two alcoholic drinks, so that probably made up the calories....
