I miss having weekends. I miss that great mood I was in just because it was Friday. Restaurants suck! lol.
I was going to get up and workout before work today, but I was too lazy and tired. So I went after. Had a really nice run actually. I don't think I ever mentioned that I got an iPod for an early birthday present, so I have music again for my workouts! Hooray! Definitely helps block out the world a little so I can get into the "zone" on my run, which makes me enjoy it a lot more.
By the way, I didn't end up weighing myself this week. Partly because it's that time of the month and it just seems stupid to feel down about the number if it's being negatively affected by that. Also, I drank the night before I should have weighed in, which can affect the number (make it higher and sometimes lower) because of water retention or dehydration. So I figured I'd just wait until next week. Hopefully that means I'll see some good results....
Breakfast: Carrot juice. Lunch: Salad with avocado and sweet potato. Dinner: Salad with sundried tomatoes and goat cheese, vegetable stir fry, and baked parsnips and beets. Snacks: Dark chocolate.
