I weighed myself this morning. I gained four pounds in the last two weeks. While that may not be a HUGE amount in the long run, that four pounds took me a long time (and a lot of work) to lose. The last time I was at this weight was before Thanksgiving, so that's a pretty major setback. I'm disappointed and I'm mad at myself for making the choices that led to that. But there's nothing I can do now except move forward. It just sucks that it took me so long to get back on track because I know this weekend will be tough since Grant is coming into town on Saturday and then we're going out of town for a couple of days on Monday. I guess I'll try to make healthy choices as much as possible, but I'm sure I'll splurge quite a bit. Hopefully I can just get right back on track after he leaves.
Didn't workout today since my legs were still a little sore and I got up early to go to the beach before work.
Breakfast: Carrot juice. Lunch: Salad, Goat cheese and eggplant sandwich. Dinner: Avocado salad and sweet potato.
