I don't think I've ever been this tired in my life...! Going to make this quick.
I am so unbelievably sore from the class yesterday, which I think is part of what is making me feel so exhausted. I don't think I've ever been this sore before, at least not in this many places at once! My back hurts, my legs, my arms, and my stomach. Ugh! But I guess that's a good sign. Full body workout. The soreness would have been a really good excuse to not go to the gym today. But hey, excuses don't burn calories! So I went. I ran 30 minutes straight on the treadmill and then did 20 minutes on the elliptical. Then did some crunches, which is about all I could muster with the pain in my abs and legs.
I ate well, too! Something about sitting at a desk all day makes me want to snack so much! But I resisted.
Breakfast: Cucumber/lime/mint juice. Lunch: Avocado salad and baked parsnips and beets. Dinner: Salad with cucumbers, carrots, and craisins, cooked spinach, okra and goat cheese. Snacks: A few squares of dark chocolate.
My bed is calling me! Good night!
I love parsnips!! They'tr like heavenly little angel carrots... lol
