Sorry, I haven't posted the last few days. I didn't do well yesterday or today....I weighed myself yesterday and I was up from the last time. I don't know if that means that I gained before I got back on track, or if what I've been doing hasn't been working. I told myself I wasn't going to let it throw me off, but unfortunately, I did. I'm going to try to get back to eating right and definitely work out this weekend.
