It was an ok day. Not much to write really, it was pretty uneventful.
I measured the route I ran yesterday with my car today. I'm really bad at estimating distances, so I was hoping it was a decent length, but I really wasn't sure. It turns out it was 2 miles one way, and I did it twice. So 4 miles total. Awesome! Plus, I walked a mile to the coffee shop in order to use the phone. So all in all, a good workout, I think.
At least my legs think so. They are so sore! Especially my ankles/calves. So I decided to use today as one of my skip days. Plus I was pretty exhausted today since I didn't get to bed till pretty late last night.
Breakfast: Carrot juice. Lunch: Salad, tuna with dijon mustard. Dinner: Grilled chicken, mushrooms, peppers, squash, and red onions. Snacks: Oranges, baby carrots with homemade guacamole, and dark chocolate.
Btw, I decided not to weigh myself yesterday because I felt like it wouldn't necessarily be that accurate given the time of the month. And I didn't want to risk discouraging myself by weighing more than I expect to. I figure this way, I'll give myself about a week and a half of being back on track before I weigh. Hopefully that will help me have a decent number next week.
