I had a really lazy day yesterday. Which is what I wanted, but it was more lazy/boring rather than fun and relaxing. Oh well. Unfortunately though, I ate like crap and didn't go to the gym... Ugh. I don't know how to get my motivation back.
Today I woke up feeling like crap. My throat has been KILLING me. I think the constant change in weather is the cause. And I have felt really sick to my stomach all day. Ugh. So I'm not going to the gym even though I really should. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow and miraculously have my old motivation and will power back. Fingers crossed.
