I woke up feeling pretty crappy today. Just really, really drained of energy. I'm not sure if it's because of my diet or if I'm starting to get sick or something.... I still went running though and did my weight and ab exercises.
I tried to get someone to pick up my shift at work tonight because I just felt so tired and drained, but I couldn't find anybody. However, I got lucky and we were really slow, so I got to go home about an hour after I got there. Sweet!
Breakfast: Same juice. Lunch: Salad with avocado, tomatoes, and lime juice, and a sweet potato, carrot juice, and avocado soup. Dinner: Cucumber gazpacho, salad with yellow peppers, basil, squash, and tomatoes, and trout with baked beets. Snacks: A few carrots and dark chocolate.
Weighing myself tomorrow. We'll see how the first three days of the new diet went. Good night.
