I'm running out of titles for my posts!

I'm so tired. I got up early to work out before work, and I've been really sleepy and out of it ever since. I did the 3.8 miles of intervals and my ab exercises.

It was a good day all in all. Work was pretty slow, so I got to leave a little early. Then my roommate and I decorated the apartment for Christmas! So much fun! I can't believe it's so close and I get to go home soon!! I seriously cannot wait. It's almost to the point of being painful because it's so close and yet so far away!

I felt like I looked super thin today! And my work pants were really loose. Like, they've been getting looser over the last few months (they used to be so tight that at my old job I would sometimes unhook the top clasp when I had my apron on over them), but today they were like REALLY roomy. And I just wore them on Sunday night! Weird, but I'm not complaining! :)

Breakfast: The same juice as yesterday. Lunch: Salad with romaine, yellow peppers, carrots, sprouts, and lemon juice, with a sweet potato and avocado on the side. Dinner: Salad with romaine, yellow peppers, squash, tomatoes, and carrots, a "raw soup" made of tomatoes, garlic, and basil, and topped with goat cheese, and green beans on the side. Snacks: Cherry tomatoes, carrots, dark chocolate, and a glass of red wine at work after my shift.

I'm kind of liking the fact that I don't have to even think about what I want to cook for each  meal because the book lays out a 30 day meal plan. It makes my life much easier! And it's kind of like a surprise to see what I get to eat because I did my shopping on Monday for the week, but since then I've kind of forgotten what I'm supposed to eat and when, so it's been kind of fun! So far I'm feeling good about this. Hopefully it continues this way!
