Short Post Tonight

I'm going to make this quick because I'm pretty tired.

My ankle was hurting a little today and I was really short on time before work because I had to go to the grocery store and run some other errands, so I cut myself a bit of a break and walked two miles instead of going on my run. Still did my weight and ab exercises, too.

Breakfast: Juice. Lunch: Salad with sun-dried tomatoes (yum!) and goat cheese, and a vegetable soup. Really good lunch today! Dinner: Same salad as lunch (because it was so good, and the book lets you interchange certain salads) swordfish, green beans, carrots, beets, and parsnips. Snacks: Cherry tomatoes, carrots, and dark chocolate.

I'm off work for the next 3 days. Really looking forward to it since I've been working a lot more in the last two weeks. Sleeping in tomorrow. Woohoo!
