*Worked out this morning.
*Ate good for breakfast and lunch (grilled chicken sandwich - for breakfast because I was out helping someone with their shopping, and salad and sweet potato for lunch). After that I ate too much and unhealthy foods at our Christmas Eve traditional dinner and movie fest. But oh well.
Feeling kind of shitty at the moment...mostly because of eating too much, I think. But my stomach has also been really hurting the last couple of days. and it's felt a lot worse tonight. My guess is either because I've started eating meat again or just eating more non-processed foods (although before today, I don't feel like I was eating too much of those). Some things going on mentally at the moment, too, which kind of sucks on Christmas Eve. But oh well. I tried not to let either of those things ruin my night.
