Home Sweet Home

Flew home this morning. Had to get up at 5am, and didn't get done with my packing and everything until about 2am, so I'm pretty exhausted. Therefore, this is going to be quick.

No workout since I spent most of the day flying.

Had juice for breakfast and carrots and tomatoes as snacks on the plane. Didn't eat anything else until dinner, when my mom made an early Christmas dinner (turkey, stuffing, etc.) I ate what I wanted, but tried not to go overboard on portion. Since that's all I ate all day, I figure it wasn't too bad. Afterward I had a small piece of pumpkin pie, and two handfuls of peanut M&Ms. I also had a mojito.

Working out in the morning, which sounds really appealing to me right now since I feel like I ate "heavier" foods today. I bought some carrot juice today, so I'll have that for breakfast. Then I'll be going out for lunch and dinner, and drinking tomorrow night, so it may be a high calorie day. But I'll try to make good choices in the food department when I can!
