It was a long night at work, and I got home really late, so I opted out of posting last night. Sorry about that!
I went running yesterday morning - 3.8 miles and did ab exercises.
Breakfast: Juice. Lunch: Avocado salad and sweet potato/carrot soup. Dinner: Salad, vegetable "sushi" rolls, and salmon. Snacks: Carrots, cherry tomatoes, dark chocolate, a glass of wine.
I know I said I was going to stay away from wine for a bit, but when your manager at work is offering you a free glass, you don't refuse! Plus, it was that kind of night at work. Ugh! But afterward, the manager, the bartender, and I all stayed until about 2:30am drinking wine and chatting about boys, work, life, etc. It was the most social experience I've had in about 3 months - amazing!
