Ok, it's really late and I'm really tired, so this is going to be really short.
Worked out this morning - 3.8 miles of intervals, weights, and abs. I felt really good - energy was high. Sweet!
Breakfast: Romaine and carrot juice. Lunch: Salad with avocado and tomatoes, baked carrots, beets, and parsnips. Dinner: Salad with tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes, cabbage wraps with goat cheese and mustard. Snacks: Dark chocolate, glass of wine, cabbage wraps with mustard and tomatoes.
I didn't get home from work until 1:30 because I stayed afterward to talk and have a glass of wine with my manager. Btw, I love her. Unfortunately she is quitting, and will probably be done by the end of the year. Boo! But the point of this story is, by the time I got home, it felt way too late to make a full dinner, which is always my dilemma when I close on weekend nights. Beforehand feels way too early to eat dinner, but after feels too late. Anyway, I just ended up having a salad and the cabbage wraps rather than the salad, vegetables, and fish I was supposed to make. I guess I'll do that tomorrow.
Ok, so this post wasn't as short as I planned. Anyway, I'm off to bed. Good night!
yeah, i used to have the same issue when I worked at the movie theater. My timing for meals would get all screwed up. Wish I had a solution for ya.
