I was completely exhausted when I got home last night, so I slacked off on posting. Sorry!
I used yesterday as my day off from working out. I'm glad I did because it was an extremely long and tiring day, so I'm really glad I didn't get up early to go running first.
I was pretty bummed out because it turned out that Train already shot their stuff for the music video, so they weren't there. :( It sucks! We were all so disappointed! But all in all, it was a pretty fun shoot although it was really long and exhausting, and there was a lot of standing around waiting. There were only about 40 extras, and I know I was in the front for a lot of the shoots, so hopefully I'll be seen a decent amount in the finished product! The video should be out soon because it's for a Christmas song. I'll post the link when it is! :) Here's a pic of the marquee outside the Orpheum that they put up for the video!
I did really well on my diet considering there were definitely temptations at the shoot, and not a huge amount of healthy options (at least healthy in the whole food, non-processed sense). Plus, we were only able to eat twice over the 12 hour period (once for lunch and one other time when they had some snacks out), so it would have been very tempting to just pig out since we were all drained and starving!
Breakfast: Shake and an apple. Lunch: Sweet potato before I left for the shoot (at 10:00), so I could fill up a little beforehand. Then a salad (with no dressing), steamed broccoli, and fruit for lunch at the shoot. They had some really good looking grilled chicken, but it had a creamy sauce on it so I figured that was a no-go. And they also had sauteed yellow squash, but I figure sauteed probably means oil. So I stuck to all straight vegetables and fruit. Go me! Dinner (when I got home at 12:30. ugh!): Tuna and tomato slices. Snacks: Baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, fruit, peanut butter.
I'll post later about today.
