It's going to be a quick one tonight.
Good day. Ran and did my weights this morning. Breakfast: Shake and orange. Lunch: Squash "pasta" with vegetables. Dinner: The rest of my chicken/vegetable soup. Snacks: Strawberries, Raspberries, and Carrots.
I've slept horribly the last three nights and only about 5 hours each night. I'm exhausted and really hoping I can sleep tonight.
