A Little Late

I totally forgot about posting to my blog last night until right before I went to sleep. I was so tired, so I figured it could wait until morning.

I did well yesterday. I was going to workout in the morning, but I ended up sleeping later than I usually do and was still SO tired when I got up. My legs were also majorly sore! Ugh! So I did some stretching and decided I'd wait till the evening. By evening time, I was really not in the mood to go. But I knew I had to, so I did. I went an extra 1/2 mile for a total of 5.1 miles and then did my weights and abs. Felt much better afterward! Only one more workout to complete my week!

Did well food-wise, too. Breakfast: Egg whites and half a bagel with peanut butter. Snack: Strawberries and Raspberries. Lunch: More squash and chicken pasta. Snack: Strawberries and one Snickers ice cream bar (found them at the store yesterday. Only 90 calories ad pretty good!). Dinner: Cheerios and a bagel with cream cheese. Dessert: Strawberries and another Snickers bar.

Working tonight, so I'll have to go running in a bit. Ugh...it looks hot out. I'll post later tonight!
